These brand new modern cottages are situated on the edge of Launceston at Stourscombe, a small hamlet of about 25 properties. You can walk via footpaths to Tescos in 10 minutes. They are tucked away on a private country lane with fields adjoining. Pixie Cottage Sleeps 5 and comprises of 3 bedrooms; master double with en-suite shower, one twin room and one child's single room. Bathroom with shower over bath and heated towel rail. Large lounge withTV, DVD and Hi-Fi. Kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher-dryer. There is also a downstairs shower room with WC. Wren Cottage This cottage offers 3 bedrooms; master double with en-suite shower and WC, 1 twin room and a further double double room. Bathroom with shower over bath and heated towel rail. Downstairs has a spacious lounge-diner with TV, DVD and Hi-Fi. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. Downstairs shower room with WC.
